PRICING:
We endeavour to ensure all pricing and specifications in relation to products on djxpress.com.au are correct at all times. Occasionally there may be incorrect info due to suppliers changing their pricing structure or RRP without notice. Sometimes we may not be able to honour these errors or omissions. Any unauthorized changes or modifications to the website djxpress.com.au may not reflect the intent of the djxpress.com.au management.
WARRANTY:
All warranty claims are between the manufacturer/distributor and the end user. DjXpress is not involved in the production of the equipment and cannot be held responsible for any equipment failure for any reason. The majority of items sold on DJ Xpress carry 12 months manufacturers warranty, some items are 2 years, some items 6 months. When you purchase an item you receive a detailed description of how the warranty process with each particular product works. Be sure to fill out any warranty cards related to your products and send them away to become a registered owner of that product. This will guarantee your warranty claims are looked at. Every manufacturer has different rules in regards to what is covered under warranty, any particular questions should be directed to the contact details given to you when you receive your order. (Globes in light effects are never covered under warranty.)
RETURNS POLICY:
Our return policy is as follows:
1. You can choose to insure your item whilst in freight, meaning in the event of damage a claim can be made with the freight company. Dj Xpress has no control over an item once it has left our warehouse, therefore cannot cover any damage whilst in freight. We stress the importance of inspecting the carton before signing that it was received. If the packaging appears damaged, either clearly write the damage on the con note (that the drive will ask you sign) or refuse to accept it altogether.
2. Once you receive you item, we strongly recommend you check it immediately. If your item is 'Dead On Arrival' we must be informed WITHIN 24HRS of you receiving it for it to be classed as DOA. Contact us for the full procedure if this is the case. We will happily exchange it for a replacement of the same item, however once again we cannot cover freight costs at any time.
3. We recommend all customers research their purchases before buying. If for whatever reason you simply change your mind after purchase , we do not issue refunds or credits.
4. If your item experiences a problem WITHIN its warranty period, please see your warranty sheet included with your receipt about the appropriate procedure for that product. Usually it starts with contacting the relevant manufacturer or distributor.
SOFTWARE:
Under no circumstances will any opened software be returned for any reason.
DELIVERY AND FREIGHT:
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and at least 2 working days before any ordered item will leave our warehouse. This allows for payment clearances and product picking. Once your order is placed, DjXpress will contact you if the item is out of stock for more than 2 weeks with the supplier, at which point you are entitled to a full refund, to change your order to another product or retain on backorder. DjXpress endeavour to send your item within 7 days of order, and please allow another 7 days maximum for delivery. If you live in a major metro area, the delivery time is usually much less than this.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT:
Once you place your order online, you are obligated under the law to complete that purchase. Ie. if paying by cheque/money order or by direct deposit, you must do so within 2 days of order placement. If you do not do so in the allowed time, we may at our discretion, pursue the completion of this transaction by way of legal channels. Please do not place any bogus orders as you may be obligated to pay for the products.
